Under his leadership, VPS has installed hundreds of acres of asset protection infrastructure, preventing millions of dollars in hail damage while delivering substantial insurance premium savings to customers. Recognised for his strategic foresight, Wade pioneered the integration of photovoltaic panels into VPS' hail protection systems, well before industry demand arose. This innovative approach has transformed the landscape of automotive manufacturing by combining solar energy production with enhanced risk mitigation, supply chain resilience, and significant cost savings.
