Brian Watanabe has 25 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, purchasing, and logistics at General Motors. In his current role, he is responsible for logistics quality and claims, and oversees the carmaker’s EV operations for finished vehicles. Prior to joining the logistics team, Brian held roles in commodity purchasing, specialising in aluminium and steel procurement. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and a master’s degree from Wayne State University.
